Delivery Fees and Policy
We work closely with our suppliers and courier partners to ensure all of our turf is delivered on time. Once you have placed your order and received confirmation, delivery can take between 5-7 working days depending on availability. We do our best to get your turf to you as soon as possible and whenever possible, a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a time and date that works best for you.

Our usual deliveries are completed on weekdays, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. Our delivery rates and fees vary based on your delivery location and postcode. You can find a list of delivery fees by postcode below:

Refunds, cancellations and Returns policy
Fresh turf including MAXIMA, VALIDUS and FORMOSA WILDFLOWER TURF cannot be cancelled within 48 working hours of deliveries because each order of turf is harvested fresh daily to ensure the quality of the product remains as high as possible for you.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of fresh garden turf as the products are live and once returned are not in a re-saleable condition. If you have excess turf after installation, we recommend recycling the turf, or donating to a local charity or community project that may be able to make use of it.
Refunds for orders that we accept as cancelled will be refunded in full. To cancel an order of fresh turf, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery date. After this, we will be unable to cancel your order and no refund will be issued.
Open and bulk bag products including our topsoil, bedding mixture, soil conditioner and dressing cannot be cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of any open bag or bulk bag products as we cannot guarantee that they have been stored correctly prior to return and are therefore in an un-saleable condition. Refunds for orders that we accept as cancelled will be refunded in full so long as the refund has been requested at least 48 hours before delivery is due to commence.
Artificial turf such as our ECO LAWN, PRIMA and OPTIMA synthetic turf cannot be returned once the order has been confirmed and cut for you as the turf is cut to your exact sizing and therefore, is not in a re-saleable condition.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for any artificial turf. Any refunds for artificial turf orders that we accept as cancelled will be refunded in full. If you place an order by mistake, or select the incorrect size, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can cancel your order and process a refund.
